Pricing

​2015 Golf Outing per person price includes the following:

MORNING OUTINGS  include a continental breakfast and a luncheon
AFTERNOON OUTINGS  include a luncheon and dinner
Greens and Cart Fees;  Registration table and chairs;  Placement of banners and signs;
Use of locker room showers and facilities;  Use of the putting green and chipping green;
Valet bag service;  Professional scoring and tournament assistance;  Ranger to assist with speed rate of play;
Snack bar and 19th hole – cash or tally;  A pro shop gift allowance of $10 per player;
Service charge- currently at 12%;  Event Coordination fee – currently at 8%
State meals/sales tax – currently at 6.25%;  Local meals tax - currently at .75%

MORNING OUTINGS

(Minimum of 72 players - Maximum of 144)
A 7:30am shotgun is $118.00 per person. Tournament format is scramble only and all play must be completed by 12:45p.m. Groups not finished will be asked to return to the clubhouse.

AFTERNOON OUTINGS

(Minimum of 100 players - Maximum of 144 players)
A 1:30pm shotgun is $145.00 per person. Tournament format is scramble only and length of play is expected to last no more than 5 hours.

GUARANTEE AND BILLING
A guarantee for all food, beverage and golf must be submitted 7 business days prior to the golf outing. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction. All outings must be prepaid 7 days prior to your event date. Payment must be made in the form of a company check, organization check, certified check or bank check.

PRO SHOP ~ TOURNAMENT PRIZES AND EVENT GIFTS
Experienced, or unexperienced ~ contact Lynn or Michael in the golf shop for assistance with new ideas, planning, or getting a quote for tournament gifts. Your $10.00 per player allowance may be used for personalized tournament gifts, winner trophies / awards, or items for auction / raffle. DONATED FOOD/BEVERAGE
The Andover Country Club must supply all food and beverage at all times. Only non-alcoholic beverages and food purchased from the bar or restaurant may be consumed on the golf course. In accordance with state laws, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the golf course. Donated food and/or beverage is not permitted to be brought onto the premises.

BAR SERVICE
A cash bar or an open bar is available with lunch for a morning outing or with dinner for an afternoon outing. ​If an additional bar is requested a $75 bartender fee will apply.

SNACK/BEVERAGE CARTS
Snack /beverage carts are available on the course at a rate of 1 to 72 players. There is a $75 fee per cart. Items are available on a cash basis or can be run on a tally and charged to the group. Morning service begins at 7:30 am, afternoon service at 1:30 pm. Alcoholic beverages are sold in the 19th hole after 11:00 am.

DRIVING RANGE
The driving range, with unlimited range balls, may be opened for a fee of $250. For morning outings the range will be open 6:00 am - 7:30 am. For afternoon outings the range will be open from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm.
