Policies
All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time a reservation is made.Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival, or the full room rate plus tax per night will be charged to the credit card provided.
All rooms are subject to 5.7% State Room Occupancy Tax and 6% Andover Room Occupancy Tax.
All guestrooms are non-smoking.
Regardless of payment, a credit card is due at the time of check-in.
Check-in is after 3 p.m.
Check-out is before 11 a.m.
Cots and cribs are available on a first come first serve basis at $25.00 each per night.

The Links Restaurant is open April 1st to December 31st only, reservations are preferred
Exercise room is available to all hotel guests
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
Pool and Tennis facilities are for members and their guests only - Hotel guests do not have access.
