Buyer Consumables
Seeking a knowledgeable professional to represent RFC while supporting the finance department requiring the knowledge of applicable systems and procedures. Responsible for purchase of all MRO materials for Sharon Plant (i.e. determines qualified vendors, address special requirements, etc.) Prepares and enters purchase orders through the purchasing system. Reviews opportunities for new supply sources and suitability of materials offered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Procurement of all company purchase requirements, with the exception of steel purchases.
- Responsible for purchase of all MRO materials for Sharon, PA plant.
- Interacts with internal and external contacts.
- Compares and negotiates prices, freight cost, specifications, and delivery dates to insure best possible value.
- Reviews requisitions and verifies appropriate usage, approval, and includes required information.
- Manages suppliers as required, including resolution of quality, delivery, invoicing, and quantity issues as required.
- Initiate Raw Materials (Steel) purchase orders to vendors with required attachments.
- Responsible for inventory of all office supplies and ordering, maintains contracts and service contact for office equipment.
- Follows purchasing department procedures and work instructions (i.e. certificate of insurance forms, vendor book of correspondence, and supplier questionnaire).
- Performs administrative tasks: Tax exemption forms, shipping papers, filing, copying, etc..
- Support the finance department in vendor relations; including credit information, sales tax status, Y/E 1099?s, invoice discrepancies, maintain current certificates of liability for sub-contractors.
- Provide notary services to uphold corporate integrity by preventing fraud by witnessing the signing of documents and verifying their authenticity.
- Ensures internal controls in procurement functions are adhered to; value limits, alternative offers, limits of authority, balancing receipts with credit cards, filing of invoice for retrieval, updating of outstanding purchase orders, etc.
- Receives all vendor invoices, verifies their accuracy, match receipt documentation to each invoice to avoid paying inaccurate or fraudulent bills. Also responsible for inputting invoices into Global Shop and dissemination of vendor checks.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc?)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing software
Preferred Applicants Will Also Have:
- Bachelor?s degree from four-year college or university
- Purchasing certification for purchasing professionals
- Knowledge of standard business application software and specialized purchasing and/or materials systems
Schedule: First Shift, Working five (5) eight (8) hour days plus any overtime required.

HR Generalist/Safety Coordinator
Summary: Under direction from Corporate, utilize leadership and communication skills to facilitate Human Resources functions for Corporate Hiring, HR projects, and onsite support for the plant. HR Support to include: hiring, on-boarding, employee relations, HR administrative support, training, and continuous improvement programs. Under direction of Corporate and Plant Management, responsible for implementing Corporate and State regulated Plant Safety Program requirements, including training and conducting Employee Safety Committees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Supports manufacturing function in coordinating and providing proper staffing and recruiting.
- Assists with labor tracking and reporting, recruiting and screening for all open positions.
- Maintains close contact with Temporary service providers to ensure quality service levels are achieved.
- Maintains New Employee programs and conducts New Hire and Benefit Orientations and other training as needed.
- Advises supervisors and managers regarding employee relation issues.
- Support all shifts in employee related issues.
- Support teams to ensure productive team environment within facility.
- Facilitate conflict management with co-workers.
- Safety Program
- Conduct Plant Safety Program activities. Ex: Audits, Evaluate Compliance, Identify Hazards and Complete Accident Investigations
- Facilitate Employee Safety Committee and Group Leader Committee meetings.
- Training Program
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the corporate training programs.
- Coordinate schedules and maintain ongoing RFC education courses, teaching if necessary.
- HR Administrative Support
- Maintain communications and promotes positive community-relations.
- Processes forms through Corporate benefits
- Assists in planning and organizing company events and assists in maintaining good employee relations.
- Handles unemployment claims filings and attends hearings.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor?s Degree (Business, Communications, Psychology, and/or Management) or related;
- Prior related experience including: Two years as HR Generalist with recruitment and hiring responsibilities; Two years previous experience with safety program support or responsibility; and 3 yrs exp in mfg environment.
- Strong Computer Skills, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); HR Information Systems; ability to learn new systems as required.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
Preferred Candidates Will Also Have:
- HR Certifications: PHR, SPHR
- Previous Certifications in First Responder, Train the Trainer, OSHA.

Material Handler
Seeking a energitic and detail oriented Material Handler who will be responsible for providing raw material and packaging to the production lines to meet production requirements. Safely transport materials throughout the facility using material handling equipment such as forklift, crane, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Supply production lines with raw material and packaging in a timely manner to prevent production down time.
- Band and remove finish good lifts from the production line to inventory in a timely manner to prevent production down time.
- Support the shipping and receiving department as needed loading finished good materials on truck and unload raw material off truck in a timely manner while preventing production down time.
- Verify that all raw materials and finished good materials are tagged properly.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and OSHA requirements; wear required PPEs.
- Follow production procedures, including those for ISO-9000:2000 quality system requirements.
- Perform cycle counts as requested.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Program
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by practicing basic shop housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills are also required.
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Tool Maker
Summary: Applies knowledge of tooling design, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, machining, and assembly procedures, plans and performs under close supervision a variety of duties including: Layout of metal stock; set up and operation of machine tools and the fitting and assembly of parts to make or repair jigs and fixtures, gauges, tools and dies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Sets up and operates machine tools located in tooling area and verifies conformance of machined parts to specification for blueprints, sketches, or verbal descriptions.
- Provide hand tools in order to assemble/ disassemble parts or tooling.
- Verifies dimensions and alignment using measuring instruments.
- Inspect and repair worn or inoperable tools and dies with high level of troubleshooting abilities.
- Assist manufacturing in trouble shooting production issues.
- Follows all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the performance of jobs.
- Maintains expected levels of safety, quality and work efficiency standards.
- Keeps all required records and maintains a clean work area.
- Examine operating tools and determine modifications to be made.
- Develop specifications from description and make sketches of tools to be made.
- Communicates changes with design or GL.
- Miscellaneous Fabrication
- Participates in the Continuous Improvement Program.

Qualified Candidates will have:

- Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
