Welcome From Our Pastor

As Pope Francis has shared with us, “The Church is not a refuge for sad people. The Church is a house joy.” Because Jesus’ heart is God’s, and He became human, He has sanctified everything human. God dwells and acts in human flesh - you and me. As long as we are receptive to Jesus and the grace of the Holy Spirit, everything we can be united to the deepest meaning and potential of human life. Unlike the Marines, God isn’t looking for a few good men and women. God draws and calls everyone in what the Church calls, “universal call to holiness.” We Christians are called not to die, but to live forever in our mansion in Heaven. We build this mansion with acts of charity and kindness while here on earth. We welcome individuals and families who have heard this message well and responded to Gods call. They are doing this in the name of the Lord and on behalf of St. Frances of Rome/ St. Leonard parish.
Blessings to you all!

Fr. B.J. Breen, Pastor
