Parish Council
This group consists of committee chairpersons and parish representatives. The members bring together the needs, concerns, and hopes of their fellow parishioners and of the total community to discover direction for the parish. In light of their faith, they express this direction in priorities and they establish and the goals and objectives that are set.
Maintenance
These members oversee the general maintenance of buildings and grounds of the parish premises. We would also like to extend some help to parishioners in need (single parents, elderly, etc.) by supplying a network of handymen.
Carpentry/Electrical/Plumbing
This group is responsible for small projects and repairs to parish property as we continue to upgrade. This ministry is in need of anyone skilled in any aspect of wood, electrical ministry plays a key role wiring the grounds for the parish's two-day picnic in August.
Lawn and Grounds
This group helps to beautify our grounds by maintaining flowers, shrubs, collecting litter, and any planting that is necessary.
Painting
This group spruces up our buildings inside and out. Our parish is going through a "fix-up, paint-up" program. Help is needed for projects that are planned several times a year.
Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
The purpose of the PTO is clearly stated in the committee's constitution - promoting cooperation between teachers and parents; assisting the principal and teachers in any capacity needed to achieve quality education; promoting community activities which affect the betterment of all.
School Board
The main consultative body concerning the school works closely with the pastor and the principal. The parishioners elect members for a three year term. The board meets on the second Tuesday of each month.
Office/Classroom/Librarian
This group of volunteers will contact the school office when available to provide support.
Technology Repair Service
This new ministry invites individuals with a technology background to assist the school in troubleshooting hardware issues, servicing, and upgrading computers on an as-needed basis.
