The Circle of Life was formed in September 2014 in response to the ongoing need for regional collaboration in Okolona. St. Luke, St. Rita, and St. Athanasius are the three parishes who support the Circle of Life Youth Ministry Foundation. When young people in the area hear the words "Circle of Life", they automatically respond "Family of Love" because this indeed is a family ministry.

Our approach is inspired from the four pillars of the Catholic Church as well as God's greatest commandment "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength [...] you shall love your neighbor as yourself". We strive to create a fun, integrated environment that instills young people with their inherent dignity, gives them purpose, helps them face this difficult culture, and gives them the tools to live out God's plan for their lives!

From kickball, four square, and trust falls---to "Spiritual Happy Hour" on "4th Street LOVE"---not forgetting our mission trips, youth conferences, retreats, and summer concerts, there are so many opportunities for young people to grow in faith and family!
