BootCamp

C.R.I.T. (cardio, rope, interval training) BOOT CAMP is a combination of strength and cardiovascular training for men and women. C.R.I.T. is a total body workout that will change both your body and attitude about life. Individual Sessions- $20 or make a commitment to fitness- 8 Sessions for just $120. 6:15-7:15 p.m. every Tuesday & Thursday. Classes will begin in November. Please wear comfortable work-out clothing and bring your determination!! Water and towels will be provided. Yoga

YOGA at Oxmoor Country Club Did you know we are in our 5th year of offering YOGA classes at Oxmoor? These classes are open to all club members, as well as any family or friends of members! YOGA classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 in the ladies locker room. Occasionally when more space is needed, classes are held upstairs in the ballroom in front of the fireplace…which is particularly nice as the weather gets colder! Men are welcome and encouraged to participate, in which case, class will be held upstairs. These classes are appropriate for all people, regardless of age or physical fitness level. Your safety is always the first concern. Come experience for yourself how yoga can help you become stronger and more flexible, can help your golf or tennis game by increasing your range of motion, and can provide the groundwork for becoming more in tune with your body… Give it a try … your first class is FREE!

What to wear: comfortable clothes that allow for movement

What to Bring: a yoga mat

What it costs: $10.00 per class OR a group card is $70.00 for 10 classes

When we meet: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 10:30
