I would like to encourage any member who would like to better their golf game & health to join the fall prosanity classes. We will work at least 2/3 days a week with a hour workout that will focus on bettering your balance, increasing your strength & building stamina for a stronger you! I have added an afternoon/evening session weekly & working to add at least 2 dates featuring a certified yoga instructor, Meredith Conroy, to lead a core workout during the five week program.
